SWEET ROSE CREAMERY
Sweet Rose Creamery is one of Los Angeles’ few homegrown ice cream shops, with small batches of handcrafted, organic ice cream made daily in the kitchen at the Brentwood Country Mart. A member of the Rustic Canyon Family, it was born out of partners’ Josh Loeb, Zoe Nathan, Colby Goff and Chef Shiho Yoshikawa’s dream to create delicious ice cream in a nostalgic setting. Sweet Rose Creamery made its debut in 2010 at the Mart.
Over the years, Sweet Rose has gained acclaim for its homespun, frozen desserts and fun plays on market-driven flavors that make you feel like a kid again. Shiho and team are always inspired by what’s in season at the nearby Santa Monica Farmers’ Market, so new flavors pop up throughout the year featuring only the best organic and non-GMO ingredients. They’re one of the few ice cream shops that truly make everything from scratch, right down to the dairy base, waffle cones, toppings, mix-ins for flavors and more!
