In addition to being a fully functioning U.S. Post Office, The Trading Post at Brentwood Country Mart features everyday items made extraordinarily well. The Trading Post carries great brands alongside their own line of Mart merchandise—including the iconic Brentwood Country Mart hat. Periodically, The Trading Post invites a Designer(s) in Residence to transform The Trading Post featuring their products and creative vision.

The Brentwood Country Mart Post Office Substation No. 1 opened in 1948. For more than 50 years this charming post office has provided convenient services to local residents in Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and West Los Angeles. Almost all the services of a larger U.S. Post Office including stamp sales, registered mail, and express mail are available at the Brentwood Country Mart Post Office.

Additionally, the Brentwood Country Mart Post Office sells sundry items including candy, newspapers, magazines and shipping materials.
